About

The games that got left behind.
We're building them back.

Amber Falcon Games exists for one reason: to build the kind of games that got lost somewhere along the way. Real depth. Systems worth mastering. Worlds worth getting lost in. No pay-to-win, no monetisation dressed up as "features," no shoving ads down your throat — just games, built the way they used to be made.

Triple Triad is where it starts — a free fan game running alongside the story of Final Fantasy VIII, built to prove the philosophy and sharpen the tools for what comes next. But Triple Triad isn't the destination. It's the foundation for an original game, built the same way: fair, deep, and worth your time.

If that's the kind of game you want to see exist, join in.

Let's take games back to being about the game.

See what we're making

World-first Design

Every mechanic, every system, every detail serves the world. Not a roadmap, not a monetisation strategy — just the best version of the game it can be.

Player-centred

Built for the players who read every item description, who replay for the secrets, who stay up too late because the game earns it.

Thoughtful Craft

Every decision is intentional. No feature gets shipped unless it feels right — and that's exactly how it should be.

Games
